They had Los Ranchitos closed for weeks - and WEEKS longer than they said it would take.
Then, they open the road for a week or three and now decide to re-close it to pave it.
A little forethought would have been a good idea, don't you think?
Couldn't they have possibly paved the road when they had it closed FOR WEEKS AND WEEKS the first time to put the bike lane in?
